Cookbook author Maki Watanabe’s book *Healing Small Bowls* will be released by Gakken on October 8.
Larger than a rice bowl, yet a size smaller than a standard donburi bowl.
The perfect size for busy modern people—that’s the “small donburi.”
At Natsutsubaki, we’ll be showcasing small donburi created by eight artists.
We’ll also have small plates and “renge" to go with the bowls.
